Refund Policy
Our products are perishable, so we follow a strict return policy.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Accepted only if:
- Damaged during transit
- Incorrectly delivered
2. Initiating a Return
- Contact us within 48 hrs of delivery
- Email garhgangafarmers@gmail.com with order ID, issue details, and photos
3. Non-Returnable Items
- No returns for taste preference
- No returns for opened/used products
4. Refunds
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days once the return is approved
5. Order Cancellations
- Allowed within 6 hours of order placement (if not yet dispatched)
